Meditation is a practical yet powerful tool that allows for more ease, clarity, centeredness against our busy modern day life. Tons of research over the years have shown how our stress level, physical pain, immunity, blood pressure can all be improved by simply slowing down our breaths. Whether you’re looking to start your mindfulness journey or deepen your existent meditation practice, a communal setting can always be both a great resource and support! This November, join certified meditation coach Jessica every Wednesday morning in a relaxing and easy-going meditation circle where students can comfortably check-in, meditate, share, and ask questions in safe, mindful community. Weekly participation highly encouraged but drop-ins are always welcomed.
